30 years of leadership roles in the global finance industry specializing in Transaction Services, delivering wealth, pension, custody and investment/fund administration services and projects. Work locations have included London, New York and Hong Kong.

Functional expertise includes:

1) Management of large-scale, global investment administration centers and associated business/technology transformation programs, including management of client relationships at executive level
2) Hands-on leadership/delivery of complex outsourcing/off-shoring operations, including call center operations in the Wealth and Insurance markets; and,
3) Analysis, design and delivery of financial services product development/propositions in the Transaction Services space.

Numerous successful assignments and transformation projects using both waterfall, agile and hybrid project methodologies. Fiduciary Operations and Projects managed throughout the US, Europe and Asia, on behalf of software companies, insurers, asset managers, pension administrators, brokers and banks.

Corporate employee experience has included senior positions at HSBC, Chemical/Chase Manhattan, and Citigroup including direct responsibility for leading large-scale, globally distributed organizations.

Private company start-up experience including the role as President/co-owner of a Fund Services, Compliance, and Fund Distribution company.

Regulatory experience includes: Sarbanes-Oxley Officer (PEO/PFO), Pension Trustee, Chief Trust Officer, Corporate Trust Officer, Cayman, and BVI Fund Director.

British and American passport holder; Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
